Kacie Fischer, the brand new world record holder for skating across the nation (beating the men’s record by 17 DAYS!) joined me today on her 48th day on the road. We talked about LiveGiveSKATE, her attempt to break 5 Guinness World Records and her adventure thus far. We heated up our own NBA Finals challenge with some sports patrons of the Central Coast with great prizes including dinner at Marisol at the Cliff’s. A big shout out to our Cal Poly Athlete of the Week, Amurys Fermin, who has been selected for the Dominican Republic’s Men’s National basketball team!
